　　[Abstract] According to the features of shield tunneling construction technologies and management， and based on the execution of the tunneling works of Package TJ2102 of Ningbo Metro Line 2 Phase I， the Paper studies the problems of the easily uplifting precast segment and the naughty TBM postures during the shield tunneling works through soft soil strata， studies and concludes the approaches of the dynamic risk management based on the reference of “ 3 Drawings and 4 Tables ”， defines the obligations of all the parties concerned in the constructions， analyzes the key parameters for the shield tunneling works， and establishes the management systems severally for each party based on the process control of the key parameters， which helps realize the meticulous management in the shield tunneling works， and can be taken as references for similar shield tunneling works through soft soil strata.
