A Discussion on the Value Orientation of Personnel Training
in the Colleges & Universities

Abstract：Currently many contradictions and conflicts have been appeared in personnel training in colleges & universities. The most important one is the conflict between the individual value orientation and the social value orientation. The personnel training in colleges & universities should promote not only the development of human，but also the progress of society. Only by this，the integration of individual and society is appropriate. In addition，the colleges & universities should enhance the flexibility and adaptability of personnel training，provide students with more choices，and further strengthen the individual value orientation with highlighting the social value orientation.
