Research on the Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Hubei High-tech Industry Sustainable Technology Innovation

Abstract：The sustainable technical innovation is the important factor to enhance the sustainable development of high-tech industry.In a complex and dynamic competition environment，there are so many factors affecting the effectiveness of technology innovation and continuity in high-tech industry， such as high-tech talent cultivation，the enterprises' independent innovation ability and transfering ability of science and technology.Through the analysis of high-tech industry in Hubei Province，especially with the contrast analysis of that in developed areas，this paper discusses the bottlenecks in enterprise sustainable technology innovation and its influencing factors.Moreover，the paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures to sustainable technology innovation ability in Hubei.
