　　 Abstract： School culture is the soul of a school， and also the accumulation and sublimation of long-term schooling ideas and teacher-student behaviors. In the process of research into understanding education， our school creates a humanitarian environment of broad-minded understanding and harmonious development， and tries hard to construct positive interpersonal culture， administrative culture and learning culture， leading school staff to mutual understanding through communication so that teachers and students can feel the happiness of school life， and keep up the positive attitude to work， learning and life for a better quality and higher efficiency in education.
