京津冀区域调整产业转移论文(2)

　　综合上述分析，产业转移是京津冀区域产业实现优化配置的必然，提升京津冀区域产业转移综合效应的最优路径为：进一步深化和完善京津产业链建设，尤其是加快京冀和津冀之间产业链的构建。充分发挥三地各自比较优势，避免资源的重复利用和浪费，逐步形成地域分工合理、产业间联系紧凑的区域产业链布局，并进一步推进其与国际大市场相衔接，促使京津冀区域产业价值链更好地融入全球价值链。

　　Abstract： Industrial transfer is the necessity of the regional industry realizing the optimal allocation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas， the optimal path improving regional industrial transfer comprehensive effect is to further deepen and improve the construction of industry chain， especially to speed up the construction of industry chain between Beijing-Hebei and Tianjin-Hebei. So we should bring their respective comparative advantages into play， and gradually form the regional industrial chain layout with rational division of labor and compact industrial relation， make it integrate with the global value chain better.
