  需要指出的是,受数据收集和个人研究能力等因素的限制,本文还存在着以下不足:第一,问卷采取随机抽样的方式发放,可能会降低问卷调查结果的外在效度。因此,今后的研究设计应当更加系统,从而增加样本的代表性。第二,与其它用来分析因子之间复杂互动效应的研究方法,如结构方程模型相比,本研究所使用的多元线性回归分析方法并不一定具有明显的优越性,因此,今后的研究中将尝试采用这些分析方法来提高文章研究结果的说服力。

  Abstract: This paper,based on reviewing the related study of customer value and customer satisfaction and combining the characteristics of budget hotels,builds a customer-value system and a customer-satisfaction-driven model for budge hotels,and tests the model. The result shows that the customer value of budget hotels consists of room facilities,basic service,relationship,location and good value for money. These factors have different and positive effects on customer satisfaction. The paper also demonstrates the structure connotation of customer value and its influence mechanism on customer satisfaction in budget hotels,having inspiration for budget hotels to develop value-driven customer satisfaction strategies.
