　　The Government-enterprise Relationship and Entrepreneurship
　　in the New Round of Reform Background

　　Abstract：
　　This paper implemented an empirical analysis about the current government-enterprise relationship and entrepreneurship， based on the unbalanced panel data from provincial-level in China. The study found that， the twisted relationship between government and enterprises significantly inhibited effectively the entrepreneurship; each degree of distortion relationship between government and enterprises increased by 10% would result in reducing the amount of 2.2% entrepreneurship; local government excessive intervention in the market also inhibited the play of entrepreneurship; whether it is carried out based on different types of entrepreneurship indicators， or entrepreneurship different metrics， or sub-regional test， or using a different set of data sources indicators of government-enterprise relationship， were found that， the twisted relationship between and local government， and excessive intervention on the market， played a negative impact on entrepreneurship; external macro-environment would affect the relationship between government and enterprises effects on entrepreneurship; after using the panel data set of simultaneous equations to control nature problem， this conclusion was still right.
